  • Establish the vacation balance, maternity leave, absence leave, and other vacations to each employee as per labor law.
  • Update the employee record with the consumed vacation to be settled at the end of each year.
  • IBS receives all the data electronically and manages all the items of the payroll to the client.
  • A complete full payroll sheet would be submitted to the designated client's personnel for review and approval prior monthly payment, where that sheet will be attached to the monthly invoice to reflect verification of the invoice's value.
  • All the reports are fully computerized and strictly confidential, this is in addition to reports for all the before mentioned services. All such reports will always be available either periodically or at anytime upon client's request through e-mails or any other form of documented requests, all such reports could be re-designed to suit your various purposes.
  • IBS has different means to deliver salaries to its personnel as follows:
  1. Direct bank transfer to employee's account
  2. Cheque to a nearby bank
  3. Handed cash at outlying client location through our representatives
